we order the steel from Regular agent and have steel certificate, that is make sure the steel is good quality.

 we take full dimension measurement after the insert is finished.

3. What’s the CAD file format?

X-T, STP, format is fine for us.

4. How about the shipment?

for few small insert part, we will ship with FedEX or DHL.  f

5. How about the lead time?     about 5-10days for machine the inserts.
